Carrot Milkshake
Overview
It seems that I have tossed carrot milk and raw carrots before. After winter, the number of carrots increased day by day, and I once again thought about carrots and milk. But, this time, let’s eat cooked carrots. Carrots can be steamed or boiled. Steam until soft and soft, then throw it into a food processor and blend with milk to form a paste. It is said that this is called milkshake. The combination of carrots and milk tastes pretty good. No added sugar, just naturally sweet.
