  1. Wash mint leaves and set aside.

  2. Cut the chicken wings twice from the back and wash them.

  3. Chop mint leaves.

  4. Lemon slices.

  5. Add mint, salt, black pepper, honey and lemon slices to the chicken wings.

  6. Grasp evenly.

  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.

  8. Remove from refrigerator.

  9. Heat the pan and add a small piece of butter and fry the chicken wings until brown.

  10. Place in a baking pan and bake over high and low heat for about 20 minutes.

  11. Bake until golden brown on both sides.

  12. Take out and serve on a plate.
