Prepare materials

Put Oreos into plastic bags and crush them

Add melted butter and mix well

Wrap a layer of tinfoil on the bottom of the mold, which must be flat

Pour into the mold and flatten with a spoon, then refrigerate until ready

Cut the gelatine sheets and pour in the milk until soft

Stir in hot water until completely dissolved

While hot, sift in the matcha powder, mix well and cool until ready

Beat the light cream and sugar at low speed until 60%

Pour the matcha milk in portions and stir evenly

Pour half of it into the mold

Cover with a layer of red beans
-
Pour in the rest, add all the red beans, and smooth the surface. Shake several times to knock out the bubbles. Place in the refrigerator for 5 hours

Use a hair dryer to blow it around to remove the film

Sift a layer of matcha powder
