Remove the internal organs from the abalone, clean it and cut it with a cross knife to add flavor. Brush the abalone shell and set aside

Chop onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili and set aside

Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, add onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, salt, cooking wine, white sugar, steamed fish and soy sauce, stir-fry and set aside

Arrange abalone shells on a plate and add a layer of fried scallion oil

After placing the abalone on the scallion oil, add a layer of scallion oil

Put the steamer into the steamer and cook on high heat for about seven minutes (determine the time according to the size of the abalone)
