Let the mixed dough double in size

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin shape, brush it evenly with a little cooking oil, and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion as shown

Fold the dough in half, cut it into noodle size with a knife, and roll it up. You can roll it how you want, personal preference

Steam with cold water, boil the water and steam for 10 minutes
