Overview
I have made egg tarts countless times (even though they are only semi-finished products), and they are also loved by family, friends and colleagues. They are convenient and fast, and are a good choice for breakfast or afternoon tea ~

Prepare the ingredients (take the tart shell out of the refrigerator and let it warm slightly)

Weigh 70 grams of milk (there may be an error due to hand shaking, but it doesn’t matter😁)

Add 60 grams of fine sugar (if you don’t like it too sweet, you can reduce the amount appropriately and add the amount of sugar according to your taste preference)

Heat the milk over low heat until the sugar melts

Add 90 grams of whipping cream

Add 20 grams of condensed milk and 2 egg yolks

After all ingredients are mixed evenly, filter the tart liquid

Place the tart crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and add tart liquid about 8 to 9 minutes full

Put it into the preheated oven and bake at 200℃ for 25~30 minutes (bake until the color you like)

Take out and eat
