Grilled pork skin roll
Overview
I like the chewy texture of pork skin, so I bought a pound to make pork skin rolls. After cooking, I brushed it with my own sauce and baked it in an air fryer. The finished product was very delicious and tasted like barbecue.

Wash the pig skin.

Add onion, ginger and aniseed to the pot.

After the pork skin is cooked in the pot, remove and drain the water.

Use toothpicks to secure the rolled pork skin.

Then cut into segments.

Add salt and sugar to the bowl.

Add light soy sauce and fermented bean curd. Crush fermented bean curd into juice and set aside.

Place the pork skin rolls into the air fryer basket and brush with the sauce.

Brush with sauce.

Sprinkle some cumin powder.

Put the frying basket into the preheated air fryer, adjust the temperature and time, and the air fryer will work. The machine stopped working.
