Scrambled eggs with wild onions
Overview
How can spring be without wild vegetables? Wild onions are my favorite type of wild vegetables. It tastes more fragrant than cultivated onions, but is hard. It can be fried and eaten, not eaten raw. If you can dig out the roots, it will be more fragrant. Today I only picked wild onion leaves and used them for scrambled eggs. They are very delicious.
