Steps
-
Large collection
-
Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the pot, heat the garlic, add the porcini mushrooms and stir-fry, add a little salt and stir-fry until soft and set aside
-
Heat another pot, add an appropriate amount of butter and a little olive oil, add half a diced onion, and fry slowly until fragrant
-
Pour in the Italian rice, mix well and stir-fry, being careful not to turn the heat too high
-
Pour a small glass of white wine
-
Then add hot boiling water (broth is better) and bring to a boil slowly, add an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper (optional)
-
Cook over medium heat for 6 or 7 minutes until the rice is cooked on the outside and uncooked on the inside. During this period, do not allow the water to dry out. Add an appropriate amount of water to it, and stir often to avoid sticking to the pan. Do not add too much water at once, otherwise it will turn into porridge
-
Put the half-cooked rice and porcini mushrooms into a pot, heat the water again and cook (you have to adjust the amount of salt yourself, I add it in small amounts and several times)
-
Pour in dry cheese powder (can be omitted)
-
Just cook until the rice becomes completely soft. If you like the rice to be a little firmer, you can cook it for a few minutes less. The specific degree is up to you
-
Finally, add an appropriate amount of coriander and you're done (you can also omit it)
