Handmade jelly
Overview
The smooth and delicious snack of sweet potato jelly turns out to be so simple. With sweet potato starch, we can make jelly. I have never made jelly before, and I thought it was very troublesome to make. Only after I made it once did I realize how simple it is. However, it was the first time I did it under the guidance of my mother, so I didn’t quantify it accurately. Because the starch needs to be soaked, part of the water needs to be removed after soaking. The amount of water cannot be accurate. I will share it accurately after I improve the formula. Thank you for your understanding. Ingredients: Sweet potato starch water Seasonings: Salt, Nepeta, soy sauce, garlic, chili oil, sesame oil, sugar Method:
