Buy fresh clams, soak them in clean water and spit out the sand.

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the green onions (or green onions into sections), shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and cut the small chilies in the middle.

Wash the coriander, cut into large pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in the pot, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the dried clams and stir-fry over high heat.

Stir-fry until most of the clams are opened, then add the coriander segments.

Add coriander and stir-fry evenly. Sprinkle a little salt to enhance the flavor. Please note that clams themselves have a delicious flavor, so don’t add too much salt.

It’s so rich that it can only be served in a basin and enjoyed.
