First cut the leeks into small pieces and prepare the blended oil. First apply a layer of oil on the panel, place a piece of dumpling wrapper, then apply some oil on the dumpling wrapper, sprinkle with a little salt and chives, and repeat adding the wrapper and chives. (I used five in total)

Make the dumpling wrapper and slowly press it out with your hands. If it is not so thick, fold it over and then press it into this shape with your hands. (Because I don’t have a rolling pin at home, I have to use my hands)

Put a little more oil in the pan, put the prepared pancakes in, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

When it comes out of the pan, it doesn't look good, but it tastes crunchy and delicious.
