Frosted Peanuts
Overview
When I was a child, I particularly liked the snack of frosted peanuts. I couldn’t help but buy a pack when I went to the supermarket. Later, I gradually became less interested in the snacks sold outside, especially the snacks for babies. I made almost all of them myself. Every time my baby always praises me and says it tastes better than the ones I bought, which greatly encourages me, so I have more and more varieties and categories of snacks. The frosted peanuts I shared today do not use white sugar because my children want to eat them. I always change the white sugar to rock sugar powder in my snacks. Many friends ask me what exactly rock sugar powder is. This is the name I gave it. It is rock sugar that is beaten into powder with a blender, so that it can be made into various foods. Foods made with rock sugar powder always feel less beautiful than those made with white sugar. However, deliciousness and health are the key. I always feel that rock sugar is healthier than white sugar. This depends on personal preference...
