Kimchi noodles
Overview
Today I have kimchi noodles. My husband is spooning them while I take photos~ This one has vegetables, soup and staple food. I also have some rice to make it with rice. It’s very satisfying~ The food is sour, sweet and slightly spicy

Pork belly slices

Slice onions and mince garlic

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork belly

Stir-fry the pork belly and add the green onions

Add chili powder

Stir well and add kimchi

Stir-fry kimchi until kimchi is soft

Add water

Add salt (add a small amount of salt because there is salt in the kimchi)

Put sugar

Add beef powder (if you don’t have it, you can use MSG instead)

Add vinegar (you don’t need to add it if the pickles are sour enough, but if you add it, it must be white vinegar)

After adjusting the taste, add the noodles

After the noodles are cooked, add minced garlic and you are ready to eat
