Beef pilaf
Overview
This pilaf is an improvement on the mutton pilaf. It is replaced with beef. It is as delicious as the mutton. My son who is a beef lover likes this more. To be honest, I made it myself without adding any ingredients. It is really delicious. Today’s recipe is super simple to season. It uses cumin barbecue ingredients directly and adds a little salt and soy sauce. It is simple and delicious, and even a novice can make it easily.

Prepare all ingredients

Cut the beef into 1.5*2cm pieces

Chop onions, ginger and garlic

Dice carrots

Wash the rice and put it into the rice cooker

Add oil to the pan and sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry until the surface changes color

Add onions and sauté for a few seconds

Add cumin barbecue seasoning

Add an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce to add color and a little salt. Because the saltiness of a pack of barbecue ingredients is not enough

Fry evenly

Add diced carrots

Stir well and serve

Pour the fried meat and vegetables on top of the rice, and add an appropriate amount of water. The water should not cover the ingredients. The amount of water should be about the same as when making rice. This should be based on daily experience. Finally, sprinkle the raisins on top. I used large rose raisins. You can use green raisins. I didn’t have any on hand, so I used this.
