Get the ingredients ready.

First, add green onion and ginger slices to the bones, and blanch a few peppercorns in water.

Wash the blanched bones and remove the blood.

Just add new water, green onions, and ginger to stew the soup until the meat on the bones is crispy.

Tear the flat tip into small strips, soak in water for about half an hour to remove some salt, and slice the winter melon into slices.
