Pour water into the pot and boil

Use the time to boil the water to put away the corn

Use a knife to cut off the corn kernels (I cut directly into the pot) and pour them into a pot of boiling water

Use a spoon to skim off the scum on top!

Add rock sugar (if you don’t like sweet food, you can omit the sugar)

After the corn kernels are boiled for five minutes, add corn flour (dissolve the corn flour with water) and pour it into the pot!

After pouring in the batter, stir slowly and bring to a boil😄 (be careful of sticking to the bottom of the pot)

Just sprinkle some black sesame seeds at the end!
