I made the carrot bread a few days ago. My husband loves it and squeezed the carrot juice for me to make a bread. Last time I made a regular bread, so today I will make a wreath-shaped one

Carrot pulp squeezed out by juicer

Pour the noodles and carrots into the basin

Add salt, eggs, carrot juice, yeast, sugar, and milk powder to the basin, and knead all the ingredients into a dough

Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the dough

Knead into smooth dough

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the oven to rise until doubled in size

Fermented dough

Divide the dough into three even strips

Braid from top to bottom. Finally, pinch the two ends tightly

Shape it into a wreath and place it on a baking sheet

Carry out secondary fermentation until doubled in size

Brush with whole egg wash

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, with upper and lower heat, 180 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for 25 minutes
