Overview
I bought my bread machine for more than half a year. I saw a lot of bread recipes containing a lot of butter. Considering my family’s health issues, I rarely make bread. Once in a while, I only choose recipes with less butter. There is no butter in today's bread recipe. According to the recipe, you can replace the butter in the recipe with olive oil, so I tried it. It tastes good and has a strong milky aroma. I didn't make this bread, and the entire process was handed over to the bread machine. Prepare materials.

The crust of the bread produced by the bread machine is generally hard, so I wrapped a layer of tin foil on the outside of the bread barrel to prevent the crust from being too hard.

Pour the measured milk into the bread bucket.

Add olive oil, salt, caster sugar, flour, milk powder in sequence, and finally dig a small hole on top of the flour and add yeast powder.

Turn on the bread machine, select basic bread, press the start button, and let the bread machine start to work automatically (the production time of basic bread takes 3 hours.)

After 3 hours, the bread machine stops working and the bread is baked. Take out the bread barrel and let the bread cool in the barrel for about 15 minutes.

Invert the bucket, transfer the bread from the bucket to the baking rack and let it cool for a few minutes.
