Garlic Mussels
Overview
Mussels are also called mussels. We call them Haihong here in Dalian. They are delicious and most importantly, the price is very affordable. Six of them are so big for only 15 yuan. The ones made with garlic are delicious!

Dice colored peppers

Chop ginger and garlic into puree

Wash the mussels and set aside

Put the mussels in the pot and cook until they open

Put a little oil in the wok, add minced ginger and garlic

Add light soy sauce

Place the fried ginger and garlic paste on the mussels one by one
