Wash the ribs, marinate with a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, and sugar for 15 minutes.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces

Peel the white radish and cut into 5 mm thick slices

Peel the garlic, slice it, sauté in a little oil until fragrant

Stir-fry the lower ribs until tender

Add salt

There is also five-spice powder (add more or less according to preference)
