Cranberry Coconut Shredded Bread

Weigh the excipients for later use.

Put the bread ingredients into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then solid, then bury the yeast into the flour and set two dough mixing programs.

Add room temperature softened butter and set two kneading programs.

Until the butter is completely melted into the dough.

Set the fermentation program to double in size, and poke the dough with your fingers until the dough does not collapse or shrink.

Take out the fermented dough and roll it repeatedly with a rolling pin to release the air in the dough.

Divide the dough into six equal pieces, wrap in plastic wrap and rest for 20 minutes.

Place another 20 grams of butter in the microwave for a few seconds until melted. Take a small piece of dough and knead it repeatedly on the kneading mat until it becomes a round dough. (Long rows, circles, or squares can be used. Just make sure that the six doughs are all the same shape.) Apply a layer of melted butter on the dough.

Spread a layer of coconut evenly.

Feel free to sprinkle with dried cranberries.

Roll out the second piece of dough and spread it on the first piece of dough. The method is the same as above.

Roll out and lay out all the dough in turn. Do not apply butter or coconut on the last piece of dough.

Press the stacked bread dough slightly on all sides. Cut into equal strips with a spatula.

Then cut into small pieces.

Arrange randomly in the toast box.
