Cut butter into cubes and soften at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat.

Add pumpkin puree and mix well.

Sift in cake flour, cornstarch and salt.

Stir evenly to form a dough, take a small piece of dough and add matcha powder.

Divide the dough into 10g pieces and roll into balls.

Use a toothpick to press out the texture

Take some matcha dough and press it on top to make a melon base.

Place in the lower shelf of the oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes

Cool completely and store in an airtight container
