Carrot and bean paste
Overview
With a soy milk machine, drinking soy milk is very simple and convenient. At the same time, the remaining bean dregs can be transformed to cook dishes with different flavors. The bean dregs can be fried alone or cooked with other ingredients. Today, I will use bean dregs and carrots to cook a dish: carrot and bean dregs puree.

Steam the washed carrots in a pot.

Peel off the thin skin of the steamed carrots. Use a knife to mash the cooked carrots into a puree.

Finely mince the ginger. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced ginger until fragrant.

Add carrot puree. Stir-fry it over low heat to evaporate some of the water.

Then add cooked bean dregs. Stir it evenly.

Add beef powder and a little salt to taste.

Stir well and turn off the heat.
