Overview

Garlic steamed fish is my son’s favorite way to eat fish. The steamed fish meat is delicious and has no fishy smell. With the strong garlic aroma, it is really delicious and overwhelming. He cooked this fish by himself.

  5. Pour away the steamed soup, remove the onion and ginger from the plate, pour 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce on the fish, continue steaming for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for 5 minutes
