Overview
Garlic steamed fish is my son’s favorite way to eat fish. The steamed fish meat is delicious and has no fishy smell. With the strong garlic aroma, it is really delicious and overwhelming. He cooked this fish by himself.

Prepare the ingredients, clean the yellow croaker, remove the black membrane, marinate with salt, cooking wine and white pepper for 20 minutes

Put the marinated fish with cooking wine, salt and white pepper and evenly spread it. Also put some green onion and ginger in the fish belly

Put the pot of boiling water on high heat for 10 minutes

Pour away the steamed soup, remove the onion and ginger from the plate, pour 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce on the fish, continue steaming for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for 5 minutes

Chop the garlic, cut the onion and pepper into rings, and wash the coriander

Sprinkle minced garlic all over the steamed fish

Use one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of vinegar, two spoons of Weidel, an appropriate amount of sesame oil and an appropriate amount of sugar to make a juice
