Rose milk tea
Overview
How happy it is to hold a cup of warm milk tea on a cold winter afternoon. Holding it in the palm of your hand warms your heart. When the flavor of rose is blended into milk and black tea, the rose fragrance is rich, the black tea is strong but not astringent, and the milk fragrance is long-lasting. A sip will warm your heart, not to mention how comfortable it is!

Prepare the required ingredients: 500ml of milk, 2 bags of black tea bags, 20 dried roses, 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, and 250ml of drinking water.

Add 250ml of drinking water to a small milk pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add 10 dried roses and reduce to low heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Cook until the rose buds become soft and fragrant, then add 2 black tea bags and soak for 2 minutes.

Add 500ml of milk, cook slowly over low heat, stirring while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan, bring to a low boil and turn off the heat immediately.

Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix well.

Strain the roses and black tea bags through a strainer, pour into a cup, garnish with roses, and the rose milk tea is ready.
