Mix high flour, low flour, milk powder, butter, yeast, salt and sugar and add water.

Knead the dough and knead the dough for about 12 minutes until it is very stiff. Then cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Take out the fermented dough, knead it again for 2 minutes to remove the air from the dough, and then roll it into a flatbread. Roll the pie into a slightly larger size than an 8-inch pizza pan.

Place the pie into the pizza pan, cut off the excess dough, and use a fork to evenly insert vent holes in the dough.

Brush with vegetable oil and leave at room temperature for 15 minutes.

First spread an even layer of pizza sauce on the dough, then spread a thin layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. If you don’t want to fry the pizza sauce yourself, you can also use tomato sauce instead, but the pizza sauce you fry yourself will be more delicious!

Then add the tuna, black olives and diced cherry tomatoes, and add a layer of mozzarella cheese. To make the pizza look better, you can actually put cherry tomatoes and black olives on top of the mozzarella cheese! Place in the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!
