Tofu skin and seaweed soup
Overview
During the National Day holiday, I tried to take a picture of a dish I made and put it online. When I saw the picture, I almost cried. I thought it was great at the time, but why was the picture so different from what I imagined? Forgive the bad pixels and the evening in Beijing, it gets dark too early, ╮(╯▽╰)╭[I borrowed the method from Rainbow, but I don’t have tofu at home, so I used tofu skin instead

I used my own home-pressed peanut oil and sauteed onion, ginger, aniseed and chili until fragrant

Add the tofu skin and fry it properly. I think it is more fragrant, (* ̄▽ ̄)y

Add kelp and stir-fry a few times

Add water and soup stock and cook for a few minutes. There is a little foam. I think it may be because the kelp is not soaked in water. I will try it next time.

La la la, the soup is out of the pot. The sad thing is that I put the sesame oil in once first, and then again for taking pictures, so. . . It looks a bit greasy, but I think it tastes pretty good, O(∩_∩)O~
