Two-color crystal shrimp dumplings
Overview
Purple is a combination of warm red and calm blue, and is an excellent stimulating color. In Chinese tradition, purple is a noble color, dreamy and full of imagination. Red represents auspiciousness, joy, enthusiasm, unrestrainedness and passion. Red is always indispensable on the festive table. In order to let the family eat healthy food and increase appetite, it is best to use fruits and vegetables to color the meal. Traditional crystal dumplings are all white. Today I tried to replace the white with purple cabbage and dragon juice. I didn’t expect the effect to be very good. I couldn’t bear to eat it just by looking at the finished product. The amount of flour in the formula is the amount of a single type of Amethyst Shrimp Dumplings. Substituting purple cabbage juice for dragon juice, you get red crystal shrimp dumplings.
