Mushroom and chopped pepper omelette
Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are the second largest edible fungi in the world and one of my country’s specialties. They are known as delicacies among the people. It is a fungus that grows on wood. It tastes delicious, has a refreshing aroma and is rich in nutrients. Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, provitamin D (converted into vitamin D after exposure to sunlight), sweet in taste, and neutral in nature. It is mainly used to treat loss of appetite, lack of energy and fatigue.

Wash and chop fresh mushrooms

Prepare a tablespoon of chopped chili

Fry the mushrooms first

Stir-fry the mushrooms and add the chopped pepper. Add a small amount of salt, because the chopped pepper itself has a salty taste

After frying, put it on a plate and beat in the eggs

Use chopsticks to stir evenly

Put a little more oil in the pan, pour in the egg liquid and fry over low heat
