Overview
If it is for a smaller baby, it is recommended not to add butter and reduce the amount of flour appropriately. Buns made with butter will be crisper.

First mix all the flour and sift into the basin.

Beat the eggs.

Add eggs to flour basin.

Add melted butter.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a long strip about the thickness of your little finger. Then use a scraper to divide into small doses.

Then shape into small balls one by one.

Place them on the plate, keeping a certain distance between each bun. Otherwise, they will swell and stick together during baking. Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Do not open the lid of the baked buns, let them simmer in the oven for about 10 minutes to make them crispier and more fragrant. Take out the stuffed steamed buns and let them cool, then put them in an airtight jar and store them in a sealed container as soon as possible.
