The main materials are ready;

Wash and pat dry the sweet potatoes, and prick each sweet potato in circles 7-8 times;

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the sweet potatoes into a baking tray and place it in the middle of the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. After the sweet potatoes are roasted, cut them in the middle and set aside;
