  3. Make a circle of the boiled whipped cream mixture and slowly pour it into the chocolate chips.

  4. Cover and simmer for about 1 minute. (I covered it directly with a plate)

  5. Use a spatula or a hand whisk to stir evenly in circles (if there are chocolate chips that are not melted, you can heat them over water to melt them, but the temperature must not be too high).

  6. Add the softened butter cubes, use the remaining heat to melt the butter, mix with the chocolate, and stir evenly.

  9. Unmold the chocolate once it has hardened (silicone molds are easy to unmold).

  10. Find a box to store cocoa powder, and roll the unmolded chocolate in the box until it is fully covered with cocoa powder. If it is a whole piece, after coating it in cocoa powder, use a toothpick to draw straight lines, and then cut it with a knife (this is a technical job).
