Preparation: Green coconut, chicken legs.

First, roughly open the lid of the green coconut and pour out the coconut water.

Cut the chicken legs into pieces and blanch them.

Put the blanched and washed chicken legs into the coconut (I took some of the coconut meat from the opened lid and stewed it together).

Then pour the coconut water nine-tenths full (of course the remaining coconut water will be dried up in one gulp).

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water to the rice cooker and put the coconut on the steam rack to keep out the water.

Simmer over water for 90 minutes.

When the time is up, open the lid and add some salt to the stewed soup. Try to add as little salt as possible. The soup will be very sweet and delicious.
