Fried rice with diced chicken
Overview
Every time my family eats chicken, they always leave the thicker part of the meat. In order not to waste it, I use the chicken in fried rice. It’s quite delicious, and my husband is full!

Cut the chicken and cucumber into cubes, chop the green onion into chopped green onions, fry the eggs and set aside!

Prepare the rice, I used leftovers from the last meal!

Pour a little oil into the pot, when the oil is hot, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the rice, add a little water and stir-fry until the rice balls in the rice are broken up. After stir-frying, add a little salt and chicken essence, stir well, add diced cucumber and stir-fry for a while, then add eggs and diced chicken, stir-fry evenly.
