The pigeons you bought have been treated very clean by the store. You only need to rinse them with clean water when you get them back.

Apply salt baking powder evenly to the inside and outside of the pigeon.

Brush some oil on the surface and marinate for an hour to enhance the flavor.

Prepare several pieces of oil paper to wrap the pigeons.

Wrapped tightly.

Pour a few packets of salt into the pot and stir-fry until hot.

Take out half of the heated salt first.

Leave half of the pan and put the pigeons in the salt.

Pour the freshly poured salt onto the surface of the pigeons to completely cover them.

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, then turn off the heat and simmer for another half hour.

When the time is up, open the lid and take it out.
