Ravioli Soup with Gravy

Overview

My daughter has been ill recently and has no appetite. In order to make her eat more, I specially made this gravy wontons. Gravy is good for the body to drink after illness.

  1. Chop the lean meat into small pieces, use half of it, and soak it in cold boiling water for 10 minutes

  2. Place in a steamer and boil water for 1 hour

  3. Add half of the pork with salt, oil and soy sauce and stir well

  4. Chop shiitake mushrooms

  5. Add to the meat and mix well

  6. Put some meat filling

  7. Apply water around the meat

  8. Fold in half into a triangle

  9. Push the wrapped meat up a little

  10. Fold one side over and apply water on the folded area

  11. Fold the other side over, press and stick together

  12. It’s wrapped

  13. Put enough water in the pot and add some salt.

  14. When the gravy is ready, add some salt.

  15. After the water boils, add wontons

  16. When cooking wontons, remove the meat from the gravy soup and leave the soup in the bowl.

  17. Cook the wontons over high heat for 4 minutes. When done, pick them up and add them to the previous gravy.
