Stir-fried green beans
Overview
Because my husband loves to eat beans, I made them in different ways for him. He prefers spicy ones, so I chose this one

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the beans, cut them into pieces and dry them
-
Prepared seasonings, minced garlic, minced green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, chili peppers, homemade hot sauce (if you don’t like spicy food, use bean paste, if you want spicy food, use Laoganma)
-
Put as much oil as possible
-
Stir-fry the dried beans
-
When you see the beans become wrinkled and soft, take them out of the pot. I forgot to take pictures of the rest, so I’ll just talk about them here. Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, add onion, garlic, and peppercorns and sauté over low heat until fragrant. Add chili sauce and stir-fry until red oil comes out. Then add the stir-fried beans and chilies and stir-fry evenly. Season with some oyster sauce because the sauce itself is salty

Sprinkle with sesame seeds
