Place leftover rice in a container.

Pour in the sushi vinegar, stir evenly and let it sit for a while to allow it to fully absorb the sushi vinegar. Soften the rice.

Dip your hands in water first to prevent the rice from getting on your hands. Take a small piece of rice with your hands, put it on your left hand, weigh about 10 grams (no specific measurement), and shape it into an oval.

Grasp the rice one by one and place it on the plate.

Cut the seaweed into thin strips, the width should be wider than the rice.

Wrap seaweed around the outside of the rice.

Then tear off the excess seaweed.

Do each one in turn.

Use a spoon to place the crab roe on the rice surrounded by seaweed, and the crab roe sushi is completed.
