Fried white rice and shrimp
Overview
White rice shrimp comes from Chaohu Lake and can only be bought when the lake opens in October every year. So every time I go there, I buy about 10 kilograms, add lake water and put it in the refrigerator, so I can eat it until the Chinese New Year, and the taste is still the same.
