Cut the ingredients into small pieces;

Heat oil in a hot pan and sauté chopped green onion and shredded ginger;

Add tomato pieces and stir-fry;

Pour in a tablespoon of tomato paste;

Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry for a while, then add appropriate amount of salt;

Add a small bowl of water to boil and simmer over low heat for 5-6 minutes;

Turn off the heat and add the leek segments;

Take another pot and bring water to boil;

Cook until the noodles are cooked through, add the green vegetables and cook for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat;

Take out the noodles;

Pour in tomato and tofu stew;

Add a spoonful of braised beef;

Mix well and eat. It's a very filling bowl of noodles.
