Home-pickled sauerkraut, take appropriate amount

Wash the sauerkraut in water, slice the ginger and set aside

Soak the black fungus and snow fungus in advance, change the water twice and wash them

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pan, sauté the ginger slices for 10 seconds, add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry for a minute

Add washed black fungus and snow fungus
