I just changed to a graduated silicone plate from Yingtai. I tried it today and made a two-color toast. Purple sweet potato is a very healthy whole grain and flour that is soft together.

Purple sweet potato dough: 125g bread flour, 50g purple sweet potato puree, 20g egg liquid, 50g water, 1.5g yeast, 12g sugar, 1g salt; white dough: 125g bread flour, 30g egg liquid, 55g water, 1.5g yeast, 13g sugar, 1g salt. Use a bread machine to knead the dough into dough and reach the initial expansion stage.

Add 8 grams of room temperature softened butter to each of the two doughs, and continue kneading for 15 minutes to fully expand.

After fermenting the dough separately, let it rest for 15 minutes after deflating (the dough is placed on the Yingtai graduated silicone plate).

Roll into a sheet shape.

With the white dough on the outside, roll it up.

Put the inner cylinder of the bread machine into the bread machine to start the second fermentation.

Ferment at room temperature for about 1 hour, and brush the surface with egg wash to make the color more beautiful.
