Prepare the ingredients, but forgot to take pictures of the abalone juice

Peel the shrimps, slit the back and pick out the shrimp lines, rinse and marinate with pepper for ten minutes and set aside.

Cut asparagus into diagonal sections, blanch in boiling water for one minute, drain into cold water and set aside. Cut yellow bell pepper into cubes.

Heat the wok, add oil, add onions, ginger and shrimps, stir-fry until the shrimps change color and curl up into balls. Add asparagus and bell pepper and stir-fry for one minute. Add abalone juice and stir-fry quickly evenly.

Remove from pot and plate.

This abalone juice is used.
