Steps
-
Soak the bitter chrysanthemum, millennium fruit and kumquat in salt water and wash them. Boil the eggs and peel the carrots into two long thin slices.
-
Place a flat plate and place bitter chrysanthemums around the plate to create a simple garland shape.
-
Take a piece of carrot and fold it into an inverted V shape.
-
Take another piece and fold it horizontally on top, as shown in the picture, being careful not to break it.
-
Secure with toothpicks and poke a kumquat.
-
This is the back, I cut off the excess part of the toothpick.
-
Cut the eggs, millennium fruit, and kumquats into pieces and place them separately, and the Christmas wreath is born (you can add salad dressing to taste when eating).
-
Remember to use fat-free or vinaigrette for salad dressing.
