  1. Soak rice for more than an hour in advance

  2. Cut the sausage into thin slices, cut the broccoli into small florets, wash and blanch

  3. Prepare the sauce and set aside

  4. Brush the casserole with sesame oil

  5. Pour in the soaked fragrant rice

  6. Add appropriate amount of water

  7. Boil the water over low heat until it is almost dry, add the sliced sausages, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes

  8. When the sausage rice is cooked, turn off the heat and place the blanched broccoli on top

  9. Pour on the sauce
