Wooden bran cups—no oven required, a dessert suitable for novices

The original recipe uses condensed milk to whip the cream, and I use caster sugar. Originally, the cream only needs to be beaten to 80%. I whipped it all the way for piping, but it doesn’t look very good. It is said that after freezing, it tastes like ice cream, and when it warms up, it tastes like ice cream. It looks like mousse, but I have only tried it refrigerated a few times. It tastes really good. It is even more fragrant after adding cocoa powder and matcha powder. Just smelling it is very appetizing. It melts in your mouth and is sweet but not greasy. Even my very tricky brother-in-law also likes it.

Crush the Maria cookies. (If you have a food processor, you can use a food processor for this step, which will save more effort. Some people also use a rolling pin, but I tried it and the plastic bag containing the biscuits was easily torn)
