Türkiye Hotpot: Pocket Pancake
Overview
Pocket bread is one of the staple foods in the Middle East. It is shaped like a pocket and is eaten with stuffing. This way of eating is similar to Sichuan stuffed pot helmets - cut a hole in the round pot helmet and fill it with various fillings. I have long wanted to make it for my family to try, and I asked for advice beforehand: Do you want to eat pocket cakes? However, the name pocket cake is obviously unfamiliar and a bit confusing. So, it was jokingly called Turkish Pot Helmet, and now it makes sense. Those cold dishes with salad dressing are obviously not pleasing to the eye, and the fillings are arbitrary, so use the most classic Sichuan Guokui filling - Liangsansi instead, which is a Sichuan way of eating pocket bread.
