  1. Butter

  2. Butter

  3. Add egg yolks, sugar, light cream, milk, vanilla powder and rum and mix well

  4. Heat over low heat while stirring constantly, until the egg yolk thickens and the temperature rises to about 80 degrees, remove from the heat (do not boil)

  5. Place in a basin of cold water and continue stirring to cool down

  6. Beat softened butter for 2 minutes

  7. Break up

  8. Add the egg yolk liquid (I added it in 3 times to facilitate the control of the consistency of the cream)

  9. Beat until smooth and fine, with obvious lines
