Vegetarian Stir-fried Cauliflower
Overview
When I was telling my daughter a story, the storybook mentioned cauliflower. My daughter asked me what cauliflower is? I said I didn’t know very well, so I’ll search it online for you. Haha... I laughed after searching. It’s the cauliflower we often eat. It turns out it has such a nice name. Cauliflower, also known as cauliflower, is cool in nature, sweet and delicious. It is rich in vitamin C and vitamin K. It not only has anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects, but also detoxifies the liver and whitens the skin. With so many advantages, it’s time to make a side dish for the children at home. And it’s also a simple stir-fry that goes well with rice.
